Kia doesn’t cover a bad engine unless it locks up. The service department worked extremely hard to get my engine replaced by the warranty company. Once the engine came in, my car was ready in 2 days. Both the General Manager and Finance manager were extremely helpful as well.

Great service and didn't feel rushed to make a purchase. Dylan was an awesome sales rep and I felt no pressure and confident that he was working hard to get me a good deal. Definitely would recommend this dealership.

Where do I even start. I totaled my car and was not happy with having to buy a new car and having a payment. Troy Maiese had his work cut out for him. But he was amazing. He helped me so much. Down to every detail, even the color. I ended up with the KIA Forte. He really knew everything about the car and made sure he taught me everything about the car too. Troy is an excellent salesman. He's not like others. He makes you feel like you have known him for years. When I walked through those doors I was completely miserable. He definitely didn't know the challenge he had in front of him. But he really understood and got me through it. Troy is no average salesman he is top class. I will 110% be telling everyone to go buy a KIA from Troy. Oh and I absolutely love love love my car.

There was no pressure from salesman or finance manager. Everyone was friendly. Howie (salesman) was down to Earth and listened to what would work for me. It was a nice change to what I am used go dealing with when buying a car.

After the sale, he took more of his time to help me setup everything (phone, car app, etc) in my new vehicle, all to my liking. Not like other dealerships that I’ve been too, where they would give me the instructions and tell me to call them if I needed any help. No, Steven helped me right there and then. My son was with me and not only did he like the vehicle I chose from Kia, he also liked the wonderful service that I was provided with, so much that, he’s thinking of coming back soon to see Steven to gets a vehicle of his own.

I was super pregnant and he did everything at my pace and even bought my son a snack. He got us out within the hour and helped us put everything from my old suv into the new one. He checks in not only how my new car is but how my babies are which is super nice. This is my second purchase with Kia and they are absolutely amazing and treat everyone like family.
